I meet the 4 pCi/L limit, isn that enough?
The 4 pCi/L level is not a “safe” level. Radon gas is dangerous at any level. If this is a home for your family, you should always try to reduce radon to a minimum, particularly if you have children. If you are selling the house, there is a risk that it could read 8 pCi/L (or 2 pCi/L) during the building inspection and nix the closing. Radon levels fluctuate widely and depend on factors like barometric pressure (a low-pressure front), rain or ice (it bottles up radon in the ground), wind, and the season. It is a good idea to RadonSeal the basement before putting the house on the market.
