I made a withdrawal request via bank transfer a week or so ago, and didn receive anything yet. Where is my money?

We process bank transfer requests up to 3 days. But it takes additional time for the banks to issue a bank transfer after it was processed, as bank transfers are sent from abroad. So when you use bank transfer you may wait up to 20 days while money appears on your account. Please note that time of transfer depends only from bank and we can’t do anything to make it faster.
