Please make sure you have a Draft Authorization EZmoney Form on file with our company. We must have a signature on file for your account before we can send any funds from your wagering account. If you have a signature on file with us, please make sure we have the correct mailing address. You may call 1-866-891-5100 seven days a week 9:00AM 12 Midnight (ET) to inquire or change your address. Please note: we send the funds via US Postal Service and cannot guarantee their delivery times. We only stop payment on checks and reissue new ones if it has been longer than 10 days since your original withdraw request.
