All winnings go directly into your wagering account once the race is official. You can go to Recall Today’s Bets under Manage Your Account to see your bets or call Customer Service at 1-866-891-5100. If the wager entered is not what you requested, Customer Service will request a copy of the recording from your call. The wagers entered into the tote system, which are read back to you for verification, will be paid if additional winnings are due.
