Q:  Iam already a member and forgot to present my loyalty number at the time I made my purchase. Can I receive a retro-credit?

A:  Sorry, but we do not offer retro credits. Please be sure to include your membership number during an online purchase or present your membership card at the register for in-store purchases. If you are at one of our stores and do not have your card with you, please let the Team Member know since they can look up your account at the register.

Apparently this is no longer an option.  Guess I won’t be making anymore large purchases at Toy R Us anymore.

To receive reward credit for your online purchases you’ll need your Reward”R”Us membership number and purchase confirmation number. Retro-credits are allowed up to two weeks following the end of any given promotion period.
