I made a payment on QuikPAY but it is not shown on my bursar account. What should I do?
If your payment is listed in your QuikPAY Transaction History with a confirmation number but the payment does not show on your bursar account, please do not make another payment. Rarely an online payment has to be manually processed, typically applied the following business day. If you do not see the payment applied to your bursar account within two days after making it, please contact the Office of the Bursar at bursar@indiana.edu.
