I made a mistake entering information for an electronic reference, but when I try to correct the information, the error keeps occurring. What do I do?
Once a reference is entered into the system, the information is bound to their e-mail address. This can happen even if another applicant has entered in different information for this e-mail address earlier in the cycle. When the reference is saved, the information entered the first time will automatically populate. The only way to change this information is to delete the reference and add them in with a different e-mail address or enter them as a paper reference. Or, you can keep the incorrect information, and your reference can correct it themselves in their profile section when they log into the reference.
