I m a fee exempt volunteer. Will I be able to use TexasOnline to submit an electronic application for EMS certification?

Volunteer applicants will NOT be able to use TexasOnline. Since volunteers are not paying a fee, they will not be able to complete all of the steps required by the TexasOnline system. Fee exempt volunteer applicants can download an application from the Tx Dept of State Health Services web site.
