I love Karen Foster Design products, but unfortunately I have purchased a product that is defective or is damaged. How can I go about getting a replacement?
Sometimes during the manufacturing process, some products may end up with a defect or other problem. This is rare, but does happen, and is usually something beyond our control. If you have a Karen Foster Design product that has a defect or other problem, please contact our Customer Service Department at customerservice@karenfosterdesign.com or call us at 801-326-1349 so we may send a replacement or take care of the problem in another way. All inquiries will be handled on a case by case basis.
