GARLIC STEAK 1 pound beef top round steak cut down 1 inch thick 1/4 cup A-1 steak sauce 2 tablespoon vegetable oil 1 teaspoon cracked black pepper 2 crushed cloves garlic Combine steak sauce, vegetable oil, pepper and garlic. Place steak in bag and add marinade, turning to coat. Close bag securely and marinade in refrigerator for at least 1 hour shaking it up every 10 minutes. Remove steak from the marinade and place on the grill. Cook 15 to 18 minutes until it is the right wellness for your family.
