Focus on your strengths. Journal. Mentor a student. Count your blessings, no matter the situation it could always be worse. Have hope and faith. Doodle. Decorate a cake. Rearrange your home. Simplify. Believe in love. Read your bible, start with the book of Proverbs–a book of wise sayings. Pamper yourself. Smile.
