I lost my psybnc password, how can i retrieve it?

You cant, psyBNC uses an encryption method so ppl cant get your psyBNC passwd *if* they logged in to your shell, so your only chance is to login to your shell account and find this line: USER1.USER.PASS= =0q`Q0x1’0x’P’a06’3 You need to change this to look like this: USER1.USER.PASS=new-pass Save and exit, kill your psyBNC and start it again, you should b able to login with the new passwd.
