I looked up my request in my ILLiad account and the Transaction Status is “Request Sent”. Does that mean you already sent the article to me?

A. “Request Sent” can be confusing- it means that we (your home library) have sent your Scan and Deliver request to the library you made the request from. When your request has been scanned and is ready for viewing/download, you will receive an email with the link to your request on our PDF server and the Transaction Status of your request will change to “Delivered To Web”.
