I looked at my Genealogy on the Vemma website and saw that one (or more) people had a zero beside their name for the order. What does this mean?
Well, there are several possibilities: Their credit card did not go through, so their order was not processed; The order has not yet been recorded in the Genealogy (a 24 hour delay is not unusual); An error occurred in the transfer from VemmaBuilder to Vemma that affected their order. If you still do not see a product order after about 24 hours, call Vemma at 800-577-0777 between 6 a.m. and 6 p.m., Arizona time. Give them the Team Member’s ID number, and ask why the order did not go through. Note: Arizona is on Mountain Standard Time for the 6 months of the year that most other states are on standard time. For the other 6 months of daylight savings time, Arizona is on Pacific Daylight Time.
