I login to InvestorView but a screen says the server is down, why does this happen?
Our goal in providing InvestorView for our clients is to provide 24 hour/7 days a week availability to account information. However, if an outage occurs, we will keep you notified through the main login page. Occasionally, we may need to perform regular maintenance on the database or server and will schedule an outage. Where possible, these will be scheduled after midnight on weekends to minimize inconvenience to the majority of our clients.
