I logged into Student Portal and my ETD portlet says “I can submit right now”. Why is this?

You can only submit your ETD when you have an open submission window. If the message in your ETD submission portlet within Student Portal says that an ETD submission is not required at this time then your ETD submission window has not been opened yet. If your submission window has not been opened and you believe that it should have been opened then contact your school/faculty administrator(s).
