I logged in using my Freewire Account from last year but I can order any additional TV channels?
If you already have an old Freewire account from a previous year make sure that you change your location to reflect your current address. That way you can make sure that you get all the Freewire services available at your current location. You can update your location in 3 simple steps: 1. Log into your account here 2. Under Account Details go to Change location details and click on change details. 3. Update your details with your new Heriot-Watt University address and you’re good to go!
