I logged in to the registration web site with the information provided to me by Dell and it shows that all of the Subscriptions are redeemed. How do I enroll for a Subscription?
You are entitled to one OpenManage Subscription Service for each qualifying support contract that is purchased from Dell. If all Subscriptions have already been redeemed you will need to locate the order number for another qualifying support contract that has an unredeemed Subscription. A Subscription Service welcome letter containing order information is mailed to the same “ship to” address as each PowerEdge server that is purchased with a qualifying support contract. If you cannot locate this letter please contact the OpenManage Subscription Service customer support team at 1-800-770-6499 for assistance. You will need to provide your company name and Dell customer number for assistance.
