I logged in to SISWeb and created a new PAC number, but forgot it. What should I do?

If you are a UC Davis student, you must go to the Office of the University Registrar and present a photo ID to obtain the correct number. If you are a non-Davis student, you may fax your name, photo ID and signature along with a request to have your PAC reset to your date of birth to the Office of the University Registrar at 530-752-5149.
