This is generally related to the Flash application being blocked and is seen most often by people running Firefox. If you are using Firefox check your add-ons/extensions for Adblock and Flashblock. The original Adblock extension does not handle Flash pages correctly. See #14 at http://code.google.com/p/swfobject/wiki/faq. If you have this extension installed you should remove it, not just disable it, and then install Adblock Plus which does handle Flash correctly.
