I lodged an EPC but didn get a confirmation e-mail, why not? Where can i check?
For all QUIDOS accredited UK DEAs (not including Ireland see below) You should receive a confirmation e-mail from Landmark soon after lodging the EPC. If not please check the EPC on your computer and make a note of the RRN number (the 20 digit number on pg.1 of the EPC) and enter this on the following page – Landmark HCR Registry – Search Report If the report does not exist on the HCR register it has not been lodged. Try lodging it again and make sure you finalise the lodgement by clicking the Lodge EPC with Landmark button after uploading the UPLOAD file.
