I live overseas and have been enrolled in the Enhanced TRDP for two years. Do I have to satisfy a new 12-month waiting period for major services under the Enhanced-Overseas Program?

No. As an enrollee in the Enhanced Program who lives overseas, your enrollment was transferred automatically to the Enhanced-Overseas Program. Therefore, you don’t have to wait for major services because you have already satisfied the waiting period.
