Some purchasers outside of North America were able to purchase a Gold Hot Seat Package due to a system glitch. These fans will pick up their ticket(s) at will-call and will also pick up their exclusive merchandise item and USB wristband at the venue on the night of the show. Merchandise will NOT be shipped to an address outside of North America due to international customs and shipping limitations. Details regarding merchandise item/USB pickup will be sent to these purchasers via email within one week prior to their show date.
