You can extract water for stock and domestic use. Your restrictions are: • You must keep a log book of when and how much water you take. • Your property limit is 3 ML from 10 November 2009 until 30 June 2010 for stock watering. • You can only use a pump with an inlet of up to 50 mm and can only pump stock water through pipes to troughs, not earth dams. Your domestic (house) use is restricted to the same limits as your local council restrictions. • You do not need to order your water.
