Yes, as long it is only for stock and domestic purposes with the following restrictions: • You can only use a pump with an inlet of up to 50 mm and can only pump stock water through pipes to troughs, not earth dams. You must get approval to use a pump of greater diameter. • Keep a log book of when and how much water you take. You are limited to 3 ML from 10 November 2009 until 30 June 2010.
