Our checkout system does not take into account where you live so it calculates a flat shipping rate based on weight regardless of your location. We at NipponExports.com apologize for this obvious inconvenience and are working to resolve this issue. In the mean time however, we are refunding the difference between the shipping cost paid at checkout and the actual shipping rate set by Japan Postal Service. An alternative is to contact us before paying and we will send you a customized invoice for your order.
