The best viewing points to see Queen Victoria as she enters Port Phillip Bay would be along the coastline from Brighton to Port Melbourne. She is expected to enter Port Phillip Bay at approximately 5.30am and dock at Station Pier at around 7am. A fireworks display will be held that evening from 8.45pm to herald Queen Victoria’s passing. The best vantage points for Melbournians wishing to view this event will be along the Port Phillip foreshore from Point Ormond to Williamstown.
