I live in Canada. How long will it take to deliver my new Hibermate?
Our amazing Canadian customers usually receive their parcels in just over a week. Canadian customs are sometimes quite vigilant and do tend to hold our shipments for inspection from time to time. Obviously this is very frustrating for us and you when it occurs! We reduce the risk of your parcel being held over by not including a receipt with your parcel – that’s tended to speed things up considerably.
