We at Chloe Toes think that the FOE assembly is so much quicker and more efficent than turning and topstitching, we encourage you to try it. Practice a bit and see how well it works. However, if you still want to make T&T diapers, just add a seam allowance around the outer edge of the diaper pattern and proceed to construct the diapers in your usual T&T style.
