The Methyl-T3- Strength Stack isn\’t an ingredient, it is the name given to the combination of the 3 ingredients including 5-Methyl-7-Methoxy-Isoflavone. 5-Methyl-7-Methoxy-Isoflavone has been arround in a few different forms for decades and has been used in sports nutrition products for at least 10 years now and hundreds of thousands of products have been sold that contain it. I don\’t know of any negative effects having ever been reported from its use. So I doubt it has any negative effects. However, in the end, it has to be your decision.
