I like milk but it is high in carbs. What can I use instead?
Try using Half and Half, or even better, use Heavy Cream. You can always dilute Heavy Cream with water to make it thinner if you want to. There are also powdered low carb milk products on the market. For hot cereals I prefer a little heavy cream, but for cold cereals my choice is Hoods Milk because it only has 3 grams of carbs per 8 oz. Soy milk is another option.
