Some manufacturers build several different price/quality range homes in different division facilities, limiting the number of floor plans and options available from each facility to reach a targeted price range niche. Other manufacturers offer every option they build in every floor plan they build to provide wider price range and significantly more floor plan choices. We prefer this latter more flexible approach because we can offer you more options, like 8′ flat ceilings, in a wider variety of price ranges.
