I leave my boat uncovered all of the time in the summer. Do I really need a BilgeWizardTM?

Even when a boat is uncovered the bilge is not. If a boat is uncovered and it rains this allows for places in the bilge area of the boat to trap water. Using the BilgeWizardTM on an uncovered boat still has the same virtues.
