I laid down too much seed in fall overseeding. How do I correct?

Grass is only going to achieve a certain maximum density. By overseeding, the weaker seeds will die off and become bird food and the stronger will grow into a thick lawn. Unless you put a 1/4″ on the ground or something, it will take care of itself.
