The rent can be sent to 1947 Heritage Grove Circle, Tallahassee, FL 32304. *Keep in mind that by having your rent post-marked by the Post Office by the 3rd of every month, No Late Fees will be applied to your rent. You can also download our on-line rent payment form that would allow you to pay by credit card. Click on “Community Info” to the left and then go to “Lease Forms”. You will see the credit card form that you can complete and fax to us at 850-645-0010.
