I know that someone has sent me an invitation to make an Eccky but I haven received it. Where is it?
Lots of e-mail accounts are really good at filtering out messages these days, so it could be that your invitation e-mail is sitting in a spam or junk mail folder, so check those folders if you have any. It could also be that the sender did not enter your e-mail address correctly into the invitee e-mail address field in the invitation, in which case the invitation won’t be able to be delivered successfully to you. You may want to ask the inviting player to delete that invitation in the player’s “My Ecckies” menu, and to send you a new one, making sure that the invitation is sent to the correct address.
