Unlike a solution, which will always stay mixed, all emulsions will eventually separate into two distinct layers. However, not all emulsions are the same. Some emulsions have better emulsion stability (requiring less mixing) than others. Silcoseal Select is a third generation, water based bondbreaker with substantially improved emulsion stability.
