To change your PennKey password, you need to use special software known as a ticket manager. Windows and Macintosh users can obtain ticket managers from the PennConnect CD or the Supported Products web site. Instructions for using ticket manager are available for Windows and Macintosh. For UNIX operating systems, use kinit.
