I know my e-mail address was correct, but I still have not recieved my download instructions?
If you are sure you have given us a correct e-mail address please check your e-mail box with your email provider. If your box is full it will not accept new e-mails. You will need to clean out your e-mail account of unnecessary letters to make room for new e-mails. Please contact your internet/email provider for further instructions. Some internet providers have ‘blocks/spam filters’ on your e-mail account so that you receive e-mail only from those on your ‘buddies/friends list’. You may need to add our e-mail address to this listing. Again, please contact your Internet/Email Service Provider for more information.
