Conferences are scheduled by the time zone youve indicated in My Account: Options and Security. • How far in advance can I schedule a conference? Your Assistant will always allow conferences to be scheduled up to a year in advance. This is not recommended however, because this leaves the conference bridge open to anyone for this entire time period.
