I know I can place a LVD/MSE peripheral on a single-ended bus, but the LVD interface is Wide (34 pair cables) and the single-ended bus is Narrow (25 pair cables). Any problems here?

• Answer:The problems are identical to placing a Wide single-ended SCSI drive on a Narrow single-ended bus. Make sure the bus is properly terminated and it is best to terminate the unused upper byte data bits on the Wide drive. Also, as always, make sure you have high quality, correctly assembled SCSI cables.
