• use a careful cytospin protocol • adapt speed of cytofuge to sensitive cells to avoid disruption of cells 600 to 800 rpm with Shandon-Cytofuge) • use concentrated cell suspensions (100 – 200 µl) • lengthen centrifugation time (6-10 min)
