• well known problem: current RNA-isolation kits often lose RNA working with small cell numbers • collaborators work on development of new RNA-isolation kit for low cell numbers • collaborators work successfully with Roche NNNNNNN • Ambion says that “Cells-to-c-DNA” Kit should work, too
