Although it may seem beneficial to supplement with omega 3’s, 6’s and 9’s this is merely just a marketing ploy.The typical American diet contains plenty of omega 6’s and 9’s.It’s the omega 3’s that are crucial because we typically don’t consume enough in are daily diets.
