First go into the CAT. menu and tap on Appt Categories (Show/Hide Category in earlier versions of DateBk4) and then see if that icon appears to the left of UNFILED (or if you use categories, your default creation category). If there is nothing there, go to the OPTIONS menu and tap on Set Display Time Zone and see if you have any icon attached to a timezone.
