What the error message is really trying to say is that an account already exists with the name you have chosen. The C&C3 Online registration database is partially shared with the GameSpy ID database (C&C3 Online is powered by Gamespy). Chances are that someone (possibly even you) has already registered an account with the name you have chosen. If you already have a BFMEII account, the information may be the same. Try picking a different username, or using the password-recovery system to get your account information back.
