Only a few of customers have the problem. Journal Macro checks the keyboard state before launching a macro to ensure the macro works correctly. Some software doesn’t restore the keyboard state after using it. To disable Journal Macro from checking the keyboard state, you can create a file named “WUNKPOff.txt” in the the folder where Journal Macro is installed in, and then restart Journal Macro. By default, Journal Macro is installed in “C:\Program Files\Journal Macro”.
