I keep getting important emails marked as spam in my RMail or Webmail spam box. How do I change this?
CnC has certain ways of preventing spam from entering your inbox. Their main way is SMTP authentication where the outgoing email server is authenticated then allowed in the inbox. Unfortunately, some of the UCR servers can block certain emails, including UCR ones, and auto-send them to the spam box. You want to check your spam box DAILY and check the box on the emails that are valid and click “not spam” above the emails. RMail will learn eventually that emails coming from a certain email are valid instead of spam.
