I keep getting head rush?
Its perfectly normal to get it (as long as the effects you feel are not too serious), to help not get it, try standing up slower. edit: It depends, how old are you because growth spurts can make you vulnerable to them, and growth spurts are more common in teenagers. edit: It is actually called Orthostatic hypotension which is because it a short period of very low blood pressure. It also has a few other names but people just call it head rush, like calling a heart attack a Myocardial Infarction. It is only really important if you are in a professional setting like a hospital.
