I keep getting false alarms every 20 minutes or so and the alarm isnt even armed. Whats going on?
– This is normally caused by a tamper alarm, (or status code 14 alarm.) Check the display on the keypad to see what Zone Number and Status Code Number you are receiving. If it is Zone 00 to 25, and status code is 14, please consult with the manual with STATUS 14, located in section 12.1 of the manual.
